1、Product overview
The conical cylindrical gear reducer is an external meshing gear transmission mechanism whose input and output are in the vertical state. The main transmission parts are made of superior alloy steel. The gear is manufactured by carburizing, quenching and gear grinding process, and the accuracy is grade 6. The product has the advantages of high bearing capacity, long service life, small volume, high efficiency, light weight and so on. It is suitable for the transmission device with the input shaft and output shaft arranged vertically. It is mainly used for various transportation machinery such as belt conveyor, as well as various general machinery such as metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, coal, building materials, petroleum, light industry and so on.
The standard number of this reducer series is JB / t9002-1999. It is a domestic updated product and can replace SS vertical shaft reducer and ZQ, ZL and other old reducers. It can also replace the reducer imported from abroad.
2、Scope of application
1、The input speed of input shaft shall not be greater than 1500r / min;
2、The circumferential speed of gear shall not be greater than 20m / S;
3、The working ambient temperature is - 40 ~ + 45C. When the ambient temperature is lower than 0C, the lubricating oil shall be heated before startup (with electric heating pipe).
3、Type and marking
1、type
DBY type is two-stage transmission and DCY type is three-stage transmission. The - stage transmission is Gleason spiral bevel gear, and the second and third stage transmission are involute cylindrical helical gear.
According to the form of output shaft, the reducer can be divided into six assembly types: I, II, I, V, V and VI. according to the rotation direction of output shaft, it can be divided into clockwise (s) and counterclockwise (n) (facing the output shaft).
2、The marking code of the reducer includes the reducer model, nominal center distance, nominal transmission ratio, assembly type and output shaft rotation direction.
