This kind of electric drum releases the cooling oil in the drum body after 2 hours of full load operation before shipment and is supplied by diaphragm vacuum pump, Therefore, the application of this kind of electric roller must be refueled according to the instructions before operation.

N32 turbine oil is selected for the immediate oil-cooled electric drum. The relativity of this kind of oil is generally that the mechanical lubricating oil is not easy to purchase, and the electric drum has high regulations on the cleanliness of stains and the quality of oil. Therefore, this kind of immediate oil-cooled electric drum has been filled with cooling oil before leaving the factory, and the sealing of the drum body has been solved, so there is no need to refuel during application.

No matter what kind of electric drum is, it is not allowed to operate without cooling and lubrication. In addition to adding oil as required at the beginning of application, the total amount and quality of cooling oil in the drum should also be checked frequently. If the remaining oil is found to be insufficient, it shall be filled immediately. When the quality of the oil is found to be reduced or the deadline for oil change is met, the oil shall be replaced immediately.
