1. Overview

YDB and yzb explosion-proof electric drum is a driving device for conveying machinery used in the environment of explosive mixture formed by combustible gas, gas and dust. 4.4 the rotating drum shall rotate flexibly without jamming.

4.5 connect the motor lead with the circuit of the electrical control cabinet, check whether it meets the requirements of the drum nameplate, and make the body shell well grounded.

4.6 the unidirectional rotating drum is equipped with a check device. When connecting the motor, the rotation direction of the motor shall be found out according to the rotation direction mark code of the drum. The rotation direction of the motor with YDB power less than 15kw is opposite to that of the drum, and the rotation direction of the motor with power more than 18.5kw is the same as that of the drum

4.7 turn on the power supply and carry out no-load test run for 1 hour. The whole machine should rotate smoothly without impact and large periodic noise.

5. Use and maintenance

5.1 before conveying, the conveyor shall idle for a moment, and the feeding can be carried out only after the operation is normal.

5.2 materials shall be delivered evenly and continuously, and overload shall be avoided.

5.3 in the process of transportation, frequent start-up should be avoided as far as possible. In case of sharp rise in temperature and abnormal noise, the use should be stopped, the causes should be checked and eliminated.

5.4 parts and flameproof surfaces with flameproof performance shall not be disassembled at will. When maintenance is needed, do not bump or scratch the flameproof surface. During assembly, the flameproof surface shall be coated with 204-1 antirust grease. The following mating surfaces belong to flameproof mating surfaces.

5.5 the lubricating oil of the drum shall be changed after one month of operation, and then every other year.

6. Selection instructions

6.1 the standard specifications of our factory shall be selected as far as possible during model selection. If there are special requirements, it shall be determined through consultation with our factory.

6.2 the rotation direction of the non-return drum must be observed facing the motor terminal. Clockwise rotation is marked with "s" and counterclockwise rotation is marked with "n". When backstop is not required, the rotation direction code is not marked.

6.3 if the roller surface needs to be coated with glue, please indicate it in the contract. 6.4 different explosion-proof signs shall be indicated according to different explosion-proof places.

6.5 it shall be used within the output torque range of the electric drum, and the output torque of the electric drum shall be calculated according to the following formula:
